Misleading and unclear advertising around what they mean by a subscription.
Money withdrawn from my bank account
before the so called subscription was supposed to renew. Not easy to cancel subscription and even when emailing to confirm if they have accepted my request to cancel, they did mot confirm.
I had a very pleasant experience with the Westminster advisor, I felt valued as a customer and was given lots of support and advice regarding my options to purchase what I had shown an interest in without feeling pressured. The advisor was very knowledgeable about the items that we discussed and I found the whole conversation very interesting and informative. I felt that I could relax and enjoy my time discussing my options and everything relating to my choices whilst being advised in a positive and respectful manner. Everything was very clear and easy to understand. They were patient, polite and respectful also friendly and I look forward to many more years of service with them in the future.

I logged into the platform to purchase a 50p coin of the Queen that I had seen advertised. However, the coin was not available for sale as the ad indicated. I browsed and ended up buying two other 50p coins that were in stock. Shortly after, I received a call from the service explaining that I would be enrolled in a monthly coins program. I never agreed to become a member or anything like that. I intended to simply get the two coins I had paid for and requested to have my name removed from their database, as well as to stop receiving emails, coins, or any further requests for money. After sending three emails over a week, I was finally informed today that my name has been removed from their database. I appreciate the person who handled that.
Completely disappointing and frustrating. I contacted the service on 17/12/25 and received approval to order 6 items at £59.99 each for my main wedding guests, scheduled for delivery at the end of December for an early January wedding, but sadly the items never arrived. This company has been a major letdown.
I have consistently received respectful treatment. The staff members are always kind, courteous, and friendly. They possess great knowledge and are very helpful. Coupled with the high quality of their offerings, these factors keep me returning time after time. I highly recommend them whether you are a beginner or an experienced collector; I am confident you'll appreciate the advantages of collecting with them.
AVOID THE FINE PRINT SUBSCRIPTIONS! This is a terrible tactic to extract money from customers. When purchasing a coin, it should not be a sneaky way to enroll people into subscriptions. Don't fall for this. It doesn't matter how prominently it's displayed in the fine print if someone didn't intentionally sign up; it's MISLEADING! I will be reporting this behavior and sharing my experience to prevent others from being drawn into this exploitative money-making scheme. You should be ashamed.
I am very disappointed. I ordered Christmas coins on December 2nd, and after multiple shipping delays, they were finally dispatched on December 18th. Now, on Christmas Eve, there’s no sign of the coins, and my account says delivery could take until January 10th. How is that acceptable for Christmas gifts? If they do eventually arrive, they will be sent back. I ordered well in advance, and if you lack stock, don’t advertise quick delivery times. I won’t be ordering again; this has ruined a perfect gift.
