Don't fall into the trap!I ordered a couple of cheap coins/pins and thought that was that.I didn't see any mention of a subscription ANYWHERE on my order, yet a month later I'm charged £29 for something I didn't order (Beaufighter Gunbus Hastings LANCA).I did find on their website that there is in fact a subscription that I had no idea they had signed me up for and have now cancelled this.They obviously make this difficult to find when you first make an order with them and they clearly hope you do not notice.This is a disgusting practice and should NOT be allowed in 2025...I now have to get a refund from these underhand con men and will file a formal complaint with trading standards for their practices.I advise everyone else to do the same.They reply to EVERY review about this stating they make it clear it's part of a subscription.They obviously do NOT!It should be part of the checkout page/included in the basket under the items you order and they KNOW this is where it should be (many other companies put it in the basked to make it obvious, these people do NOT).They must intentionally put it in the fine print somewhere that is not obvious to look at.They know this, do not believe their pathetic excuses, they know exactly what they are doing and will continue to do so under trading standards force their hand.I will not count on them refunding me quickly (there are also lots of complaints about that) so instead I will be contacting my bank about the unauthorised purchase and will be getting my money back that way.Do yourself a favour and stay well away from them, they will only cause you a headache.To the member of TWC staff that will likely reply to this review.You know your company should NOT operate they way they do, I will not accept your insincere apology, do not bother.
