I was really disappointed as I never purchased to be part of a subscription service. It was a battle to get this cancelled and receive any refund so be warned, the moment you purchase anything from them you end up in their subscription service and will receive multiple items with money being taken from your original payment, doesn’t matter how you tick to say you don’t want to subscribe. Really disappointed as the item I wanted was lovely but cancelling and getting refunded was a huge disappointment, make sure any elderly relatives haven’t fallen into these traps!
