A diabolically inefficient and ineffective company, to say the least. I placed an order over a month ago for a coin. Since then they have revised the delivery date three times, demanded payment even though their policy clearly states that payment will only be required once coin is despatched, which it hasn't. They appear to be time wasters. I have requested a cancellation and a refund. Watch this space!Re: Reply from Westminster. I was charged £19.98 and coin was not dispatched, Unfortunately, not, in fact, as Jennie states, as does their website that payment is not required until item dispatched. What a shambles. I have, today 17.06.2025, requested, via telephone call to their offices, a full refund of the erroneously taken £19.98 and cancellation of order. My time is valuable and I do not enjoy having to deal with incompetent businesses, there are far too many of them. A waste of my valuable time, not amused, at all.Yes, I manually placed the payment because when you attempted to purloin a payment prior to the debacle of non despatch and were unable to, because no payment was due and my bank declined your payment request, I received an emailed letter from your company requesting payment and because I have an excellent credit record had I not paid you you may well have blackened my credit record. Try being truthful instead of adding replies which suit your agenda. I shouldn't need to chase a company because of their inability to get it right. Tell the whole story. Your actions did not match the terms and conditions stated on your website. Disingenuous replies simply point out a glaring failure of transparency.
