I have to give a poor review. I bought one coin that was on offer as a present for my father and knowing to me it was me signing up to a subscription at no point did I know that it was a subscription? it was only when I checked my bank account that I saw they were taking money out of my account phoned them cancelled the subscription. Still received the coins sent the coins back via the post office. Tracked 48 hours a week later still haven’t been refunded. They still haven’t received them, so I’ve sent a receipt of my post office proof . I totally understand that there’s a bank holiday in between, but it was tracked 48 hours. I found trying to ring or get hold of them really difficult to get hold of and had to sign in or log into the account to keep messaging and they’ve now saying it could take another 10 days problem is with people like this quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to refund it, especially when you didn’t even ask to be part of a subscription. So for me, poor service.
