I was not expecting a parcel from Westminster with coins --and note for what I had for them. On telephoning Westminster and a wait 15 mins I got to speak to Diane who was very helpful and pointed out I must have Inadvertently misread a previous order I made, which included further coins to be dispatched over time. She kindly explained what and how to return package and said would cancel further packages. Westminster also refunded full cost of coins on receipt of them.
