I had a terrible experience with Westminster Collection. On January 3rd, 2025, they emailed me confirming an order for the 2025 UK Brilliant Uncirculated Coinage Set (0535U), which I never placed. I immediately replied the same day requesting the order's cancellation, stating clearly that I did not authorize this transaction or any deliveries. Despite my explicit instructions and the 3-day notice, they still shipped the item on January 6th and charged my card without consent.I requested a full refund and returned the item via Royal Mail on January 18th (tracking number OT647948071GB). However, Royal Mail's tracking status shows "delivery attempted-address inaccessible." To date, I am still waiting for a resolution and my money back.This company’s practices are deeply concerning. I strongly advise against sharing personal or bank details with them. Avoid Westminster Collection at all costs.
