My partner purchased a 50p coin back in November. She was then signed up without her knowledge to a subscription, they took just under £30 on 6 December. We then had the inconvenience of having to wait for the delivery of the goods (you are charged on the day they despatch them) Once received we promptly returned them on the day of receipt at OUR EXPENSE for goods WE DID NOT ORDER. She informed the post office of her dealings with this company and they told her they have received numerous complaints from people signed up to subscriptions they knew nothing about. We FINALLY received a refund on 19 December, minus our postage charge incurred for returning the coins. She has asked for an additional refund for this out of pocket expense for sending them back, I’m not holding out much hope though if this is how they conduct themselves. STEER CLEAR OR MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WHICH YOU DID NOT AUTHORISE.
