There are loads of people who have fallen for the same scam as I appear to have.When ordering a promotional item it is not clear you are signing up for a subscription. The first you realise is a few weeks later when an unexpected payment leaves your bank.I believe The Westminster Collection has deliberately designed the process to be misleading knowing that a percentage of people will fall into the trap.The reason I think this is despite loads of reviews on here describing this as a scamAnd misleading, months and months later they haven’t changed things to make it clearer.So, Jennie, when you respond to this all I want to hear is that you have changed your process to make it less misleading. The bank will deal with the rest.
