I logged into the platform to purchase a 50p coin of the Queen that I had seen advertised. However, the coin was not available for sale as the ad indicated. I browsed and ended up buying two other 50p coins that were in stock. Shortly after, I received a call from the service explaining that I would be enrolled in a monthly coins program. I never agreed to become a member or anything like that. I intended to simply get the two coins I had paid for and requested to have my name removed from their database, as well as to stop receiving emails, coins, or any further requests for money. After sending three emails over a week, I was finally informed today that my name has been removed from their database. I appreciate the person who handled that.
