They do not stand by their return nor exchange policy. Customer service is non-existent. The customer service links on their website are not links but just placeholder text.If and when you finally do find a way to contact them, they will lie to you about sending you anything for returns, they will just stop responding, it's not even an official email. They will otherwise take their time responding to you IF they respond to you. Don't be surprised if they wait until your 30-days is past. I tried multiple times to cancel my "subscription" that I did NOT sign up for. I tried contacting them right away about this and they assured me they fixed it - though they never gave me any information about this nonexistent account that has a subscription that I never approved.Even though they assured me it was canceled, they charged me again and sent me the exact same product I requested the return for that matches nobody's skin according to reviews and to my own. This company is a total scam. Stay away.
