BROW GEL is a horrible product

BROW GEL is a horrible product. The consistency i clumpy and goes on like a childs paint brush. When trying to return they charge a shipping cost of 1/3 of what the product cost. Horrible customer service.

Horrible Company. Took My Money, Never Delivered Product

On 9/30/2025 I emailed the company stating that theorder was placed on 9/19/2025 and I had not received any shipping information. I included screen shots of both my order and the charge on my credit card. I had called customer service earlier and they told me there was no record of my purchase. I was charged right away as it showed on the screens shot of my credit card. I tried contacting them via IG and FB also. They responded on IG stating that they had messaged my on FB. There was no message from them on FB. On 10/1/2025 i contacted them via email requesting a refund. I received no response.

"Warm" Body Coverage

I am 79 years young and have been purchasing your products for a few years. I would like you to know that I cannot get thru one day without using your cover up for legs, or your facial or under eye firming cream. I love your products, especially the under eye firming cream in the larger tube. If I could buy it by the gallon, I would. Thank you for your wonderful products!
