Extremely disappointed with the service. My shower glass finally arrived, but I received absolutely no information beforehand. I even had to call the day before just to find out whether the delivery was happening at all, and all I was told was “maybe.” The glass was supposed to arrive last week, yet no updates were provided at any point.When the delivery driver showed up, he said he couldn’t bring the shower glass up to my flat and left it on the ground floor. This is the second time this has happened. If you are selling and delivering large, fragile items, you should provide a complete delivery service, not leave customers to deal with heavy glass on their own.Now I have a very fragile item sitting in the hallway on the ground floor because I wasn’t given any notice to arrange help. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, organization, and basic customer care from the Battersea shop has been incredibly frustrating.I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
