Experienced what I thought was great service from design team …. In lockdown so extremely hard for everyone but great upsell to Samuel Heath taps … managed to convince me definitely worth the extra investment But …. Soon as payment made became very clear West One had zero interest in bathroom renovation We’d agreed to only work to items in stock (with couple agreed exceptions) yet no delivery notification- chased and given list of different dates with no apology Eventually all parts delivered but then the fun really started 3 days in the Victoria and Albert bath was badly scratched by the Samuel Heath taps - and the lack of customer service was shocking. Although the issue is neither bath nor taps but the combination of the 2 together- which realistically West One team should’ve known they consistently refused to accept any responsibility- yet weirdly decided to cc marketing in to what should be customer service led email exchange Dark black scratches within 3 days surely would flag as an issue with West one and not something they would want to leave in customers homes - wrong they genuinely don’t care. Raised on 2 June we’re now 16 Aug - solution they pushed was replace the (very expensive) Samuel Heath hose with a rubber one - I caved in after weeks banging head against wall - arrived and I swear they must be filming a reality show - not even close to a colour match - looks cheap and really tacky (not an image I would associate with west one usually) Whilst acknowledging the rubber hose is not even close to a match and asking for more time to source - simply came back saying they have no solution!!! Genuinely never experienced such poor service anywhere. So back to square one only West One have just given up - and don’t actually care the bathroom just looks a mess. Avoid West One and find a bathroom showroom who genuinely care I’m waiting for next reply from customer service - branch manager could not have been less interested all along.
