I purchased a pair of socks for my wife for $80 the one sock stopped working, I purchased in December 2024 in March 2025 three months later they switched from a one year warranty to a 3 year warranty I only needed one sock replaced and their recommendation was to buy a new set for 80$ instead of just sending me a replacement sock. DONOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DONT HAVE THE CUSTOMERS BESTINTEREST IN MIND. Extremely disappointed
