I purchased these heated insoles for winter morning walks and have also used them in my cycling shoes on cold rides and in my boots during late-season football games. They’ve performed exceptionally well in every situation—keeping my feet warm and comfortable even in very cold conditions.

After some use, one insole stopped heating. I submitted a warranty claim, and within about a week, a brand-new pair was delivered to my home with no hassle. The product works great, and the customer service was outstanding.

I highly recommend these heated insoles for anyone looking to stay warm and comfortable during cold-weather activities.

I recently purchased a woman's heated fleece jacket with hood for my wife which she thoroughly enjoyed. When she saw how cold her sister-in-law was she gifted the jacket to her. So I purchased a second jacket for my wife. This new jacket did not warm completely in the back panel so I contacted the warranty support department. They sent me a new replacement without any hassle. I strongly recommend Weston heated products. They are stylish and perform well. Also, my wife continues to brag about her heated jacket to her friends.

I purchased a pair of socks for my wife for $80 the one sock stopped working, I purchased in December 2024 in March 2025 three months later they switched from a one year warranty to a 3 year warranty I only needed one sock replaced and their recommendation was to buy a new set for 80$ instead of just sending me a replacement sock. NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DONT HAVE THE CUSTOMERS BEST

The gloves do not do well at all in any type of cold especially if there is wind. The wind will penetrate the material regardless of what heat setting the gloves are on. If you are using them inside a vehicle to drive, they might be ok but as soon as they are exposed to cold and/or wind conditions, your fingers will no longer feel any heat.

Heated gloves/excellent customer service from Weston

We have the heated gloves from Weston, which have been working well this winter! Remember to charge the batteries every so often….on another note, two fingers of one glove ripped along the seams while shoveling snow. This turned out to be covered by their warranty, and after a brief email exchange with Chris (who I must say is an excellent customer service representative), they sent a new pair of gloves since they “are made for durability” and those tears should not have happened! Of course I’m thrilled that the warranty covers the gloves, but it was a great customer service experience that you just don’t find everywhere. Prompt, polite, asked pertinent questions…. I recommend Weston and would not hesitate to purchase other items from them if needed.

False advertising.No phone support.Poor refund and return policy

They advertise a product making you believe that the heated gloves heat both sides of your hands.They don't.There is no phone support.They will not accept any returns unless you have all of the original packaging.They have a 3 year warranty but the provisions are so strict and without the original package, they will refuse the refund

I purchased a coat and had a great experience. The coat I ordered was too small so I contacted Weston customer support. They gave me several options to return/exchange the coat. I did the immediate exchange so the new coat (larger size) which required me to pay (hold cost) for the new coat as long as I returned the smaller coat (new, same packaging, accessories and tags still attached) within 7 days. Well as soon as Weston emailed me a return shipment paper I tracked down the ups truck in my neighborhood. Great customer service!!!

Performs very well

I received my heated jacket for Christmas and Im getting a lot more use out of it this year than a normal year in my area, its perfect, battery life is longer than I would have expected, easily goes 12 hours on medium, the high setting is a touch to warm for me its literally Hot. My sister being the purchaser had nothing but great things to say about their customer support / communication. I recommend highly recommend to everyone.
