Order from a different site. Their deals are not worth it because if something arrives and does not work (as it has for several people), they do not replace or refund your money. I’m still trying to make a return. The emails are a constant exchange that’s been going on for weeks just delay the process. They keep asking if I want an exchange, “are you certain you charged the batteries”, and acting confused about what items I want to return. The customer service number tells you to email because employees are completely remote, so no one can take your call. Never left a review before, but also never experienced a bogus return policy and process like this. Wish I listened to the other reviews.
