Jon has helped us a few times with various boiler issues. His long experience in the trade helped 'prolong' my previous boiler for an extra couple of years but finally after 25+ years we elected to have a new one installed. Very impressed with the thoroughness of the installation especially the system flush he performed prior to commissioning the boiler. Happy to recommend.

I wanted to upgrade my boiler to a new combi boiler and move it into loft from kitchen. This would remove water tank and immersion heater as well as the old boiler in Kitchen freeing up much needed space. I had had some other plumbers come around, but they seemed to be a bit daunted by the Job. When Sussex heating came around, I knew immediately that they had experience in doing this. My options were explained clearly to me including my request to hide pipes underground as well as the best high quality boiler option. Quote was with me in days, and I asked them to proceed. They shifted appointments to fit me in early as I had new carpets coming which was a bonus. When the team turned up, I was impressed with how quickly all the work was completed with Electricians Builders seamlessly turning up to do their tasks 1.5 Days later my new boiler was installed tested, radiators bled and all functioning correctly. Warranty and registration were completed for me and maintenance plan explained as well as new HIVE app to control heating explained. Old boiler Tank and heater removed, and all old brickwork repaired. Jon and team were professional polite, and I could not have been more happier with job done and I would highly recommend.Simon
John was great. Everything he said he would do - he did. He organised everything from removal, bit of roofing (decanting old boiler and flume) to installation of new boiler, electricians and ground work. Was very courteous and respectful (ensuring to check doors before coming into room as we have a 10 month old crawling) was punctual and tidy. Would highly recommend and because of his workmanship we wil sign up for boiler servicing with him.
Getting a new boiler after 22 years felt like a big deal but I need not have worried because it went so smoothly , from quote to arranging a date and the actual installation.Every care was taken to minimise disruption and mess, in fact, I hardly knew anything was happening.So from communication to installation and explanations, I was extremely happy.
Very professional and efficient - installed gas central heating system, replaced old boiler and hot water tank with new combi boiler, additional radiators, new pipework, digital thermostat, shower controller. Very neat work and easy to control heating/hot water. Everything left clean and tidy - I am very pleased with the result.
