Chris completely changed my perspective on exercise. I went from being someone who thought, 'I can't do it, it's not for me,' to someone eager to try and realizing that exercise is exactly what I needed—and that I could do it. I participated in Pilates sessions with Chris, and during COVID, I was excited to follow all her recorded fitness classes from home, which kept me motivated.
