Chris completely changed my perspective on exercise. I went from being someone who thought, 'I can't do it, it's not for me,' to someone eager to try and realizing that exercise is exactly what I needed—and that I could do it. I participated in Pilates sessions with Chris, and during COVID, I was excited to follow all her recorded fitness classes from home, which kept me motivated. Since then, I've continued attending her Pilates classes. She communicates everything clearly, offers alternatives for exercises, and her classes are enjoyable and filled with positivity, making them accessible to everyone. Chris is friendly, enthusiastic about her work, and each class feels new and engaging. I highly recommend her!

I've been attending these Pilates classes for about ten years and felt welcomed from my very first session.
