DON'T DO IT! II signed up to try this service and the food was oily, heavy, and not to my taste. I decided to cancel my subscription immediately. The cancellation process was extremely difficult, and after finally managing to cancel, I never received a confirmation email. I reached out to customer support and received no response.A week later, they attempted to send me another order despite my cancellation. It took three more emails before I finally heard back from them. They refused to issue a refund, even though I had canceled well in advance.This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this service.
