DON'T DO IT! II signed up to try this service and the food was oily, heavy, and not to my taste. I decided to cancel my subscription immediately. The cancellation process was extremely difficult, and after finally managing to cancel, I never received a confirmation email. I reached out to customer support and received no response.A week later, they attempted to send me another order despite my cancellation. It took three more emails before I finally heard back from them. They refused to issue a refund, even though I had canceled well in advance.This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this service.
Earliest delivery was in 3 weeks, I accepted it. No information about the timing on day of delivery but it arrived safely. Food was good but the website and online service is bad, I received weird mails with other users in Germany and la gauge was often Spanish. Don’t order Wetaca!
Put an order said that it would arrive between 12-1PM I waited outside for it to arrive and never did then got a text saying that they couldn't access my house, This has happened twice now, they can't even be bothered to deliver my order.
