I mistakenly ordered the incorrect item and reached out to the support team within minutes to cancel so I could make the right purchase. Unfortunately, there's no option to cancel an order on the website, so contacting support was my only choice. Despite my immediate and repeated attempts over several days, I received no response. When I finally heard back, they refused to cancel the order, stating it was 'already released for shipment'—even though it was still in their warehouse with no usable tracking information. There was a complete lack of flexibility and accountability, with generic policy responses that provided no real assistance. As an international customer, I'm now burdened with extra shipping fees for an issue that could have been easily resolved. I will not be ordering from them again. Proceed with caution, especially if you are outside the US.
