Love it all BUT I placed a 280$$ order paid for 1 to 3 day shipping then on the email I got for confirmation it says 2 to 14 days to prepare for shipping so I paid an extra 30 bucks for nothing thanks for wasting my money probably won't use yall again
I have not been able to use the product because I just ordered it a few minutes ago. My website experience was subpar at best. It’s very glitchy on the mobile device and a lot of times I had to go back and reset the type of holster that I was choosing during checkout.
Great product, a year in a love it. Comfortable and the foam backing is holding strong. Came in quickly. Only issue is that a screw back out and lost it. But getting a new hardware kit at good price and going to put loctite on them this time.
Got the basic Glock 48 IWB holster. It’s an IWB holster. It allows you to legally conceal carry. Other than a decent belt clip that’s about all it has going for it. It’s cheap plastic and feels like it. It has almost no retention on my CCW and the flimsy plastic is the reason why. I waited almost a month to receive the order and that’s what I get. A cheap piece of plastic that cost me $60 plus tax shipping
You guys are great, but I'm still looking for a kds9c 9mm 4in , holster and i purchase one from you but it didn't fit , it kept on sliding out it didn't lock in position but other than that you guys good but in the future ;if you can find that holster for me I would greatly appreciate it.ps I would have given you guys 5 stars but if you help me find that kds9c holster I will purchase it.
Great company! I was going back and forth on different companies to get a iwb holster. I finally pulled the plug and went with wtph amd what great choice I made. Just bought the holster claw today for my holster and cant wait to get it and attach it.
They went out of their way to offer me a replacement piece to a gun belt I purchased a year earlier (Tactical Gun Belt w/ Talon Buckle). Due to no fault of the product or the company, they assisted me and resolved my dilemma cheerfully. I really didn't expect that a year or so after purchase but it was a pleasant surprise from the other type of businesses out there that get your money and run...
I mistakenly ordered the incorrect item and reached out to the support team within minutes to cancel so I could make the right purchase. Unfortunately, there's no option to cancel an order on the website, so contacting support was my only choice. Despite my immediate and repeated attempts over several days, I received no response. When I finally heard back, they refused to cancel the order, stating it was 'already released for shipment'—even though it was still in their warehouse with no usable tracking information. There was a complete lack of flexibility and accountability, with generic policy responses that provided no real assistance. As an international customer, I'm now burdened with extra shipping fees for an issue that could have been easily resolved. I will not be ordering from them again. Proceed with caution, especially if you are outside the US.
