On July the 11th this year our "ULTIMATE" subscription to wetransfer got renewed for 188,42€ with a 50% discount => 94,21€ see the conformation in the screenshot image attached. The message is clearly saying "your subscription of "94,21€/year will be automaticly prolonged on 26th august 2025.The payment substracted from our creditcard was not 94,21€ but 822,31€ (a HUGE difference) this amount was never neither discussed/notified or agreed upon.If you contact the support you get standardized messaging, saying they communicated this and you can change the amount of seats or ask a refund (wich they did NOT, refund or changing the seats is also NOT possible) this is FRAUD and SCAM.
