Issues with Recent Subscription Changes

What is happening with the service? They have unexpectedly switched me to a new subscription and withdrawn 1,750 from my account. In any other industry, this would be considered unacceptable! They are supposed to process my refund, but I haven't received anything yet. This situation is very disappointing. They claim to support artists while acting against their interests. I've appreciated using the paid account for years, but now it feels like it's come to an end!

The design of the website is the worst I have ever encountered in my entire life, and that's saying a lot since I've been online since the internet began! The person responsible for it should be let go, and a new designer should be hired!

The company altered their pricing structure, resulting in a plan that costs more than double what we previously paid. Our usage clearly aligns with a smaller plan. After reaching out to the support team, I was informed I could downgrade, but the option was unavailable. They suggested I cancel since we were still before the renewal date. After canceling, I was offered a 50% discount to reapply, yet I'm now being charged the full amount. Despite sending eight emails to their support with no response to my actual questions, I only receive verification and replies to unrelated inquiries. It feels like I'm trapped in an automated response loop.

I was compelled to pay for a team subscription costing €1,604.84, a stark contrast to last year's €98. The support team has not canceled it, and they marked the issue as resolved automatically!
