What is happening with the service? They have unexpectedly switched me to a new subscription and withdrawn 1,750 from my account. In any other industry, this would be considered unacceptable! They are supposed to process my refund, but I haven't received anything yet. This situation is very disappointing. They claim to support artists while acting against their interests. I've appreciated using the paid account for years, but now it feels like it's come to an end!
The design of the website is the worst I have ever encountered in my entire life, and that's saying a lot since I've been online since the internet began! The person responsible for it should be let go, and a new designer should be hired!
