I feel misled by the way WeTransfer handles subscriptions and cancellations. When you sign up, there is very little clear communication about automatic renewals and the strict refund limitations. Only after contacting support do you find out that refunds are only possible within 14 days, which is not clearly mentioned upfront.On top of that, customer service replies with generic responses without giving a clear timeline, leaving customers uncertain. This comes across as unclear and unfriendly.I believe WeTransfer should be far more transparent about costs, renewals, and refunds. Customers deserve honest and straightforward communication instead of vague standard emails.
