Sold my bike to these people and they whole experience was quick and dealt with reasonably easily. My only complaint is that the valuation was low and I mean very low and I can now see my bike for sale on their site at over £1.6k more than they paid me. Whilst I understand you need to make a profit there's making profit and fleecing people and this comes under the latter.
