He volunteered to review the case himself and resolved the issue immediately. I’ve now received the full amount as originally discussed. It’s refreshing to deal with a company where the management actually cares about their customers. Highly recommended if you want a fair deal and great accountability!

Wanted to sell my bike and was happy with the valuation so entered all my details and bike condition etc that evening when I got home from work Next day they rang me 4 times starting at 9am when I was at work so unable to answer my phone Also wanted photos of bike this I was planning to do that day after work But on the afternoon I received a email saying we don’t want to buy your bike due to the condition Impatient time wastersFalse valuation with no intent to buyIf I could give you zero stars I would
Whole experience was good from the first phone call, Bradley in the office was great and explained everything and gave a fair valuation of my father's bike. Chris who came to pick the bike up was friendly and explained the process to me and my father and the deal was done and money paid. Would recommend, thanks again.
Painless....submitted a valuation request with photos and was offered a fair price which I accepted. Collection arranged for 2 days later and after checks / verification of the Moto, the price was confirmed and money transferred before the Moto was put into the Van.
