Everyone I dealt with from phone calls re the sale to the staff in the transport team were great. One negative was having my collection appointment cancelled twice due to staffing problems, but both times I was notified as soon as they could. The deferred payment issue is another matter, I've never heard of this before and find it a bit much that you charge customers to have their payments immediately.
