Unfortunately they didn't collect today as arranged. Apparently someone in the office had since decided that they couldn't pay what we agreed on their valuation confirmed verbally, by text and email so had cancelled the collection without letting me know. I only found out when I called them about 3.15 today having waited in all day. Obviously there will be some happy customers but this was my experience today. The guy on the phone was very apologetic I must add.
