Extremely disappointed. I was given a confirmed price and collection date, but on the scheduled day, no one arrived. I only found out the collection was cancelled after I called them—there was no prior email or phone call to notify me. This lack of communication was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
