Got a quote that was a bit better than the rest of the sites, got to a couple days away from collection and i double checked my paperwork and was missing important documents. I called to cancel and it was fine. When i called about a week later with all the documents, leah managed to get me the same quote even though it had expired which was great and we arranged delivery straight away.Ty came to collect my bike, he gave me plenty of heads up and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable of the process and bikes in general which made for a good chat and better experience.When he was doing his checks he answered all of my questions about what he was checking for and how to do it myself as i was intrested.Price was dropped slightly but not completely unexpected, nothing silly was picked up and marked down.Definitely would consider using them again if im struggling to get a private sale.
