Really struggling with this company. When things go well, it’s a great app, but the second you have an issue it’s like banging your head against a brick wall. I have messaged to try to establish why I have been denied my premium status despite meeting all the required parameters and supplying evidence I gathered from their own app and I just get a standard “computer says no” message back. This has happened multiple times. It’s just not a good way to treat loyal customers - I’ve made logical points and asked questions to highlight the error and I’m not being totally ignored. Very frustrating, particularly as I’ve been an advocate of this product up until now.
