I have been having continuous problems with this weward app ever since I downloaded it. It is resetting my steps at 6:00 p.m. standard Central Time everyday instead of 12:00 midnight. So I am unable to participate in the nightly activities. The second main concern that I am having is that I have referred at least three people and I know at least one of them have converted their steps for more than 3 days but I'm still unable to connect with them. I have tried to reach out to their customer service three different times with my concerns and I have yet to get one response back. Not sure what else to do at this point for assistance..
