Previously I posted regarding this companies outstanding performance in returning the deposit at the end of my tenancy.Looks I spoke too soon as they did not return the full amount with no explanation regarding the deduction.Numerous e mails have been met with silence.If they hope I will just go way then they underestimate my persistence in ensuring companies meet their obligations to their customers as they expect their customers to meet their obligations.
