London- Really, really poor.Claimed that the building was open for "key workers" during the coronavirus pandemic. The reality is that they opened the building as the contract states that if they fail to provide office space for 2 months then clients are no longer liable to pay.Trying to negotiate terms with them is a case of smoke and mirrors. You agree a price only for it not to be the price, they will then quote a clause in the contract and add on 3%. The sales/ customer experience is abysmal. They should be ashamed of themselves.
