It can take up to 5 days just to acknowledge your request, and follow-ups are sporadic, often once a week.The support team doesn’t engage with the problem properly, frequently ignoring details you provide or attachments you send. This lack of attention and urgency is unacceptable for a company of their size and reputation. I hope they improve their processes because the current experience is deeply frustrating.
