No cancellation feature. No account management. It's crafted to mislead users into believing that cancellation is an option when it is not. The whole system seems designed to entrap customers with confusing terminology, ineffective cancellation routes, and an unwillingness to address the issue. Let’s be clear: A membership labeled as monthly should not secretly bind you for an entire year. A 'Cancel' button that leads nowhere is deceptive. A legitimate service does not force customers to contact their bank just to stop payments. I had no choice but to escalate this with my bank to prevent further charges. If this platform truly believed in its value, it wouldn’t need to mislead anyone. Predatory. Dishonest. Unethical. Steer clear unless you want to struggle to regain control of your own funds. I will make sure to warn others to avoid falling for this.
