Beware of the deceptive billing practices of this service.

The billing methods of this service are intentionally misleading and should raise concerns. They advertise their membership as 'monthly', but upon signing up, you find yourself locked into a 12-month commitment. This is not clearly communicated, nor is it explained transparently, and it is certainly not what any reasonable customer expects when something is marketed as monthly. It gets even more frustrating. Their emails feature a 'Cancel' button, suggesting that you can manage or terminate your subscription. However, once you click through to the website, there is no option to cancel. No cancellation feature. No account management. It's crafted to mislead users into believing that cancellation is an option when it is not. The whole system seems designed to entrap customers with confusing terminology, ineffective cancellation routes, and an unwillingness to address the issue. Let’s be clear: A membership labeled as monthly should not secretly bind you for an entire year. A 'Cancel' button that leads nowhere is deceptive. A legitimate service does not force customers to contact their bank just to stop payments. I had no choice but to escalate this with my bank to prevent further charges. If this platform truly believed in its value, it wouldn’t need to mislead anyone. Predatory. Dishonest. Unethical. Steer clear unless you want to struggle to regain control of your own funds. I will make sure to warn others to avoid falling for this.

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS: As a freelancer exploring new platforms, I encountered this one. The signup process cleverly offers a discounted first month, which might seem appealing to newcomers. I paid $2.95 for the first month and $14.95 for subsequent months. However, after a couple of days, I noticed the job listings in my field were insufficient, so I decided to cancel my subscription to avoid future charges. To my surprise, I found no option to cancel. When I reached out to the support team, they claimed they would cancel my subscription, but only for the following year, meaning I would still be charged monthly regardless of my usage. They insisted I agreed to this during signup. This is a clear scam! The initial discount misleads users into thinking it's a monthly membership, but the reality is they want to keep charging you. I believe this business practice is highly questionable and should be reported to protect others from being scammed.

Avoid This Service!

Steer clear at all costs. This platform traps you in a 12-month contract with no realistic cancellation option. I tried to cancel after one month but was denied, despite the service failing to deliver any real value. The job listings are often outdated or easily found elsewhere without premium charges. Their business model is absurd: even if you find a job quickly, you’re still liable for the remaining months. This isn't customer-friendly; it feels exploitative. Instead of improving, they hide behind fine print and force you to keep paying. There are much better platforms available with current listings and fair pricing—this one seems like a cash grab.

Avoid This Service

Stay away from this service. It traps users in a 12-month contract without a practical exit option. I attempted to cancel after one month but was denied, despite the service not delivering real value. The job listings are often outdated and available on other platforms without high fees. Their business model is ridiculous: even if you find a job quickly, you're still obligated to pay for the remaining months. This isn't customer-focused; it feels exploitative. There are much better platforms out there with current listings and reasonable pricing.

One-Year Subscription Warning

Be aware that you’ll be committed to a year without a clear cancellation option. Their wording is misleading, and they clearly lack confidence that users will find jobs quickly. Additionally, the website is not user-friendly and lacks mobile compatibility, and they do not offer an app.

Misleading Billing Practices

I signed up thinking it was a $2.95/month trial. The unclear website didn't clarify that this would lock me into a 12-month subscription. Support was unhelpful and rude. This company operates like a scam—you can't even cancel through their website; you must email support.

Avoid This Platform

Don't fall for it. I attempted to cancel after one month, but it's a 12-month commitment. The job listings are repetitive or available on other platforms without extra charges. Even though the service didn't meet my expectations, they refuse to cancel and insist I must pay the remaining balance. If you find a job quickly, you're still on the hook for the next 11 months—it's ridiculous and outdated. There are better options with more recent job postings.

Warning: 12-Month Billing Trap

The Pro subscription locks you into a 12-month billing cycle with no option to stop. The terms state that by purchasing, you agree to a monthly fee for a year. You can cancel anytime, but all fees are non-refundable, which means you cannot escape the payment for a year. Attempts to halt payments lead to late fees and additional charges. Cancellation can only be done via email. The account page shows your 'expiration' date but not when the annual term ends. I deeply regret signing up for the $2.98 trial as an unemployed person, especially since there are no jobs in my field.

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. This platform operates in a deceptive manner. They auto-renew subscriptions without clear consent and do not allow you to change your payment details once added. This feels intentional and predatory. The lack of transparency and disregard for user consent makes this platform unprofessional and untrustworthy. If you care about your money and peace of mind, stay away from this website. There are much better and more ethical options available.
