While the plan is labeled as “monthly,” after signing up, you realize you’ve been locked into a 12-month contract. This is not clearly disclosed and lacks transparency.
I have also reached out to customer support via email but have not received any response.
A membership labeled as monthly should not bind users to a full-year commitment without clear communication. Additionally, many job listings appear repetitive, and despite claiming to offer opportunities “anywhere in the world,” most roles are limited to the US and Canada.
