My package did not arrive. When I reached out to the company, they informed me they would contact the courier and suggested I do the same. After contacting the courier, I received an email confirming that the package was lost, which I forwarded to the company in hopes of initiating a full refund. However, instead of a refund, I've only received what appear to be automated responses. I'm still waiting for a refund for the game console, and it's been two weeks. I may need to escalate this through the payment platform.
