I ordered two consoles as Christmas gifts but received clone units instead, which are not the authentic products that were advertised. I only realized this when I opened the boxes to prepare the gifts, leaving me no time to return them and find the genuine consoles before Christmas. This has put me in a difficult situation of either disappointing two family members or giving them nothing. I had previously ordered from this seller without any problems, which is why I trusted this purchase and didn’t check the boxes immediately. I have now reached out to the support team and shared photos clearly showing the incorrect items provided. At this moment, it feels like misleading advertising and has been a very stressful experience, especially with the timing. I hope this can be resolved quickly by sending the correct authentic consoles as originally ordered, but until then, I cannot recommend this experience.
