Rented me a car with a near empty tank. Supplied proof with photos to the desk via email and to returning attendant. Then they charged me 198 Euro for 44 litres to fill the tank. Thieves. I have emailed your customer service team on more than one occasion. I have received zero replies in return. I have also contacted the booking agent I used. They also haven't had a response. I repeat, your company are thieves. Do you think the thousands of people who have complained about your company on Trustpilot and other review sites are lying? Or just maybe your company really is scum.
