Fact: the T&C document provided at the time of booking stated that a credit card in the main driver's name would be required. The kind of language normally found in car rental documents.Fact: at the time of vehicle collection at Kraków Airport, the company came up with a new requirement that the card must include the full first name of the main driver. My card includes initials + surname and it has never been an problem.Fact: the company offered to accept the card after all, as long as I took full insurance (FDW) and fuel with them, worth a few hundred euros. Else, the vehicle would not be released. My worst experience in 30 years or car rentals. Why Ryanair or Rentalcars.com associate with them, I do not know. I would be embarrassed.P.S.I reached out to the customer care team following their reply on the 2nd Sept. It looks caring, so why not?I can report that, after exchanging a few emails, it became clear that the company were not prepared to reflect on what had happened. This only served to prolong the trauma I was hoping to put behind.
