One of the worst car hire companies I’ve ever dealt with! I wish I could give negative stars as a rating!!!Car was booked for 19.00 but our flight was delayed and landed at 19.40. 5 minutes walk to the car hire place and a 90 minutes wait to get to the desk for the car! Assistant behind the counter went for a smoke so we had to wait longer!Finally got to the desk to find out because we were not there at 19.00 they gave our car away and had no other cars available. I told him we had been waiting outside for 90 minutes which he denied and said he would check the cctv footage!!!In the meantime he denied a car to a couple with a baby. This meant that their car was available but he wouldn’t give us that car because we were late. All the time, he sat there with a smirk on his face and when I got angry with him, he decided to close the doors and go!Absolutely terrible company that I couldn’t possibly recommend. Ended up going back into the airport and renting with Avis car hire that were so accommodating even though it was late at night and we hadn’t booked in advance. Never ever ever use Wheego - you will seriously regret it!
