Several days after confirming my order, I was contacted by a Wheeling representative to inform me that the bicycle I requested was not available after all and if I wanted to rent one of their other models, which was priced the same. I agreed to this and picked up the bicycle the next day. As I was riding home I thought what a pleasant ride, nice suspension. Then I decided to check the tire pressure. It was below 30 psi, and the tire says it must be between 43 and 72 psi, no wonder it felt like nice suspension, the tire was almost out of air.A week after I picked up the bicycle, I notice the rear tire is completely flat. The local bicycle mechanic tells me the bicycle tube in the rear tire was tender and needs to be replaced. Furthermore he tells me the chain and chain guard are worn and need replacing soon.I am disappointed by the condition of the bicycle, and that they could not even be bothered to check the tire pressure before renting it to me.
