I ordered a pair of skates and everything seemed fine until I received a call from a representative. They informed me that the skates were stuck on a container ship from overseas and had been delayed. I explained that I needed them as a birthday gift, but the representative became aggressive, questioning how he was supposed to know my timeline. I found this very unprofessional. I requested a refund, but the call ended abruptly. Shortly after, I received another call offering me to reorder, as my refund was processed. I declined and would strongly advise staying away from this shop, especially due to my experience with the representative.
