I ordered a pair of skates and everything seemed fine until I received a call a few days later from a representative at the shop. They informed me that the skates were delayed on a container ship from another country. When I mentioned that I needed them as a birthday gift, the representative raised their voice, questioning how they were supposed to know my timeline. This interaction was quite unpleasant. I then requested a refund, but the call ended abruptly. Shortly after, I received another call offering to reorder the skates since my refund had been processed, but I declined. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop, as there are many others that provide better service and professionalism.

I bought new figure skate boots and had my existing blades attached, which required custom positioning due to my pronation. The service was outstanding—caring, helpful, and professional. Huge thanks to the team for their amazing support!
I was very disappointed with my first experience at this shop. After placing my order, I was informed a few days later that the item was out of stock. I was really looking forward to it, so finding out after payment was frustrating.
I visited the shop recently and it was worth the 45-minute drive. They have a great selection of ice-skating gear and we easily found new ice skates for my granddaughter. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable, providing lots of helpful advice without any pressure to upsell. A very satisfying shopping experience, and I would recommend this place to anyone.
I wouldn't recommend ordering from this shop unless you're okay with receiving defective items. I spent nearly £200 on a pair of skates that arrived with peeling material. My email was ignored for over a month, and when I called, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The representative even suggested that scuffing was normal. This is unacceptable! I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank and report them to the relevant authorities.
