Shady business

I ordered a scooter, paid with Klarna. Shortly after I was emailed saying that this scooter isn't in stock now and suggestion of either refund or to choose another scooter and have discount. I chose refund, order was cancelled, but information about it didn't reach Klarna within next day, so I initiated return in Klarna to avoid having all this debt.Further... I still need a scooter, so after some search around I realized that I might buy another one in this shop. I placed a new order of another scooter, order got accepted, but money got sent from Klarna, but here strange things started. Neither further processing of my order, nor replies on my emails (and even message in Instagram). I'm dissatisfied by the speed of work of this shop. Want my refund for the second order and really wouldn't recommend dealing with this shop (no physical shop, no way to get a grip over them either than online communication, shady...)

We were worried we wouldn’t be able to…

We were worried we wouldn’t be able to get the Kugoo Kirin e-scooter because we live in Norway and don’t have an address in Sweden. With the help of customer service through email, Wheelyshop answered us quickly and organized a pick up point from a warehouse in Sweden. Very happy with the outcome. Now waiting to receive my scooter.

Poor delivery times

Ordered my kick scooter on the 17 June 2024. Delivery on their website says 10days. UPS number shows 19 July 2024 for delivery. 1 Month later. I’m still waiting for my scooter. It’s the 4th of July today. So irritated. Don’t promise delivery times when you can’t deliver in those times.

I placed an order at 5 in the morning on September 29, I immediately received the email saying “thank you for your purchase” but 7 days have passed and it is still on its way. I'm a little dissatisfied with the shipping, it took a long time. :(
